"I stayed here for work and found it a perfect location. Steve was very good with communication and answering all my questions. The room was very modern with lots of gadgets which could be a little tricky but once you got the hang of it was all ok. I stayed 4 nights and looked to re book the same room the following week but unfortunately it had gone. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. "

"What an amazing place Vespers is. The location is perfect right on the river but close to Potter Heigham. We have a boat and we were able to moor it right outside the property. Inside the place is very spacious. We particularly enjoyed eating in the separate dining room. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need including glasses for every occasion!! We would definitely recommend the property if you are wanting to come to Norfolk."

"We stayed 2 nights in the cottage with our 2 children. We cottage is clean, comfortable and well equipped with just the right amount of things you might need during your stay. The welcome basket of teas and biscuits etc is a lovely touch. The grounds are beautiful and very peaceful. We had a 2 year old with us so we requested a stair-gate for the top of the stairs which was provided. It’s not actually a gate but a piece of wood which fixes to the wall but it does the job. "This property had the basics, but hard to cook for 8 people with the kitchen tools provided. The beds were not very comfortable, but we all fit. The surfaces were all clean as long as you didn't look behind things. There was also a smell of damp that wasn't ideal. For what we paid, it did the job."

"Booked literally a day before we arrived.....very quick communication with hosts. Easy check in, caravan was immaculate. 6 of us in the caravan and it still felt really spacious. Perfect location, walking distance to beach and really close to all the activities on the Haven site. Will definitely use again in the future."
