We enjoyed a lot our stay at the property, the room was spacious and clean, the location is excellent, quiet and close to everything and the host Roxana was the best. She was prompt in answering our messages and always ready to help with a beautiful smile on her face .

We had a very good stay here! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything. The hotel's location is great and surrounded by a bunch of shopping destinations. The room itself was nice, but a bit small. We thought we paid for a slightly bigger room than we got, so the size of the room was a bit surprising at first. Also, we did get our room cleaned but they did not give us towels or clean certain areas. However, our stay here was mostly positive and we would recommend staying here! Its a great location.

Great hotel in great location

Our reservation was not for the main building but rather for the building two blocks down from the lobby. Though there was elevator access, we didn’t use it much since it’s so small and tight. We stayed on the 2nd floor (really 3rd in European floors) and it was fine. The room size was average but was able to accommodate my husband, my 10 year old son and myself comfortably. AC worked great. Only complaint was the noise from the party goers below. You can hear every noise, conversation and truck that goes by. After the first night, we found an ocean sound video (with dark screen) on YouTube and drowned out the noise. The location is central and close to thousands of shops and restaurants. I would consider staying here again but would prefer staying in the main building since it’s a quieter street.
