"Avoid booking a room facing the street, as the noise can be disruptive. During my stay, housekeeping failed to make up my room one night, and although I informed the front desk, no one followed up. On the positive side, the hotel is well-maintained and clean, with an outstanding self-service breakfast. While the property is above average overall, the customer service could use some improvement. "The tram stops right in front, and it's a quick walk to the flea market, restaurants/bars, and harbor. Wonderful staff, a nice breakfast, and in an interesting neighborhood. Working remotely, the internet is super fast and reliable. A great choice and I would recommend the Joseph Hotel and stay there again. "

"This property is basic but clean and safe. The staff is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Jaffa is a little rough. You need to really watch out for yourself and your belongings. We almost got robbed while at the beach. Gratefully a man who was watching saved us. Just be cautious. "

"It’s my second time staying at JOJO TLV. Very clean and modern “city house" hotel. It’s one floor of an apartment building with a number of rooms, a lobby area and a terrace. The lobby area has some basics, including a microwave, Nespresso machine, kitchenware and a refrigerator. What is nice is that you can check in any time with a code, so good for flights arriving at midnight/early morning. Staff are very helpful with storing luggage after check out. "Great stay, starting with the friendly service, facilities, complimentary drinks and snacks at the lobby, beautiful room, fantastic location and tasty and rich breakfast. Only downside was the street-side noise, which to us was a real issue that woke us up several times at night. We would absolutely return to this hotel, but only to a room that was away from the street."
