"There is not much going on in Fermoy, but it is possible to drive to some major attractions such as the national park if you don’t mind a bit of a drive. The house is very tastefully decorated and well equipped, but it is very small and the beds are listed as queens. If you are coming from America, please note this means full. Not a lot of room for suitcases, but the listing clearly stated how small it was. Overall acute little place, but not really in a destination spot."

"A quirky and eclectic house, not the for tall of stature. It's a traditional style of Irish country cottage set in a gorgeous Limerick valley. If you like country living and a break from the mundane, this is a good choice. Watch out for the oil heating bill at the end though."

"On arrival and on opening the front door, there is an overwhelming fusty smell of damp this emanates from the flat roof in the kitchen and Bathroom damp signs are visible on the ceiling and around the bath sealant. There was COMPLETE silence even though it is in the town centre. "The Belvedere is a lovely place to stay. Exceptional for the price and I’m not sure you’ll find anywhere as nice for what you pay. The room was spotless, spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The €10 breakfast was excellent. There are buses into the city centre from right outside the door. "Lovely Hotel with country charm. Along with the Hotel you have a couple of dining options and a warm and cozy bar. Spend time shopping the Woolen Mills. Barney Castle is a wonderful close walk and is a really beautiful area. Don’t forget to visit the Blarney Village which is quite nice"

"Wow! Moorepark is centrally located to pretty much anything you want to see on a nice day trip. We visited the Cliffs of Moher and Doolin cave in one trip. We had planned to stay one night but because it was so easy to travel back and forth to different places, we decided to stay five nights and use Moorepark as our home base. Tricia, the property mgr was extremely informative about the area and where to shop on our down time. She is very kind and upbeat. Overall, we will be back and we will tell everyone we know that Moorepark is the place to stay in Fermoy Ireland. What a secluded hidden gem. Give Tricia a raise!!! Job well done!!!
