Great new hip boutique hotel in a prewar historic building on a quiet residential block, we had a very nice room, state of the art new bathroom, everything very clean, great staff. The area is in 5-10 minutes walking distance to the University, ideal if you have business there. Lots of good restaurants in the neighborhood.
