Very quick check in by very friendly professional staff. Nice clean room, kettle and tea and coffee available, also had small fridge and iron. Restaurant staff very friendly and efficient, meals served quickly and good menu available, would use again

We arrived 5th February 2025 The room was lit with lamps and it looked beautiful coffee/tea was lovely just not enought had to ask for more after 1 cup, the bedding and towels spotless, bed was very very comfy pillows comfy had the best sleep however in the morning the desk seat was material badly marked/stained carpet was the same in patches The shower cubicle grout in places turning a bit mouldy staff were pleasant. The tv had a remote but didnot know what the buttons were for as badly worn and not many chanels that worked no tv guide we pressed smart tv button but didnt work source button didnt work. At breakfast we had a cooked breakfast well presented however potato scones, like rubber couldnt cut them with knife, sausages, eggs, tomato same bacon wee bit under cooked and all was luke warm nothing hot. So safe to say the Hilton was not the waw factor I thought it was going to be. Wont book again. But nothing to do with the staff!

This hotel is easy to find and easy to drive to & from. The parking is easy to use. The staff are friendly, helpful & professional. I definitely recommend staying here.

The room was very clean and had everything you would require. The bed was very comfy. The hotel was situated very close to the Hydro which was ideal. The only negative I have is that the bathroom was quite small. However was very happy with my stay and will stay here again.

Pro: Most of all I liked river I can see from my window. I like mulled vine for 2 days. Selection of tea and coffee in the room. Con: both 25th and 26th of December was VERY Limited menu in restaurant. 1st room I had with 2 beds was VERY small ,you can't get to your clothe in closet if other person is in.
