"Great little three bedroom for the price! It could have been a little cleaner upon arrival, you could tell somebody hadn't been there in a while. Spiders and spider webs inside the dwelling and out. All the issues were relatively minor. The can opener is broken, the hall bath doesn't hold water, and the carpet is frayed in some areas, leaving sharp trip hazards. Overall we had a great day, the place was relatively quiet and close to amenities."

"We had a wonderful time! We stayed 7 days. The only feedback we Would want to share is I didn’t feel safe. A lot of homeless people out front of the property. Someone rang our doorbell at 9:30 pm . We were down in the basement. It would have been nice for us to have a camera to see the stairwell. Because of the parking problem you had to get to your car next to several homeless people.
