"Wonderful position with a view over the Derwent river. Squeezy parking and wouldnt cope with a large vehicle or a van. The road in would be difficult with a van and no area to turn around. No problems if youre just travelling in a car."

"Excellent and frequent communication pre-stay. Warmly greeted upon arrival, shown around the facility before being led to glorious Garden Courtyard room on lower floor. Very spacious room with either side of the bed having direct access to bathroom facilities, robes, ironing facilities and tea making facilities behind the bed head panel. "This is one of the best places we’ve stayed in. We weren’t in the main house but were in the Watarah Cottage at the back of the back of the property. This building was free standing so was incredibly quiet. The kitchen was really well equipped, the bed was very comfortable and there was a whole separate dressing room to store luggage and other stuff. The breakfast in the main house was great…excellent service from Kathy! I highly recommend this place and would stay again if in Hobart. "
