Casa Molino - A private escape with Vineyard views as far you can see

The main house has three regular bedrooms, all with queen beds and two full bathrooms. The guest house is a full en-suite with a King bed and big bathroom.
The pool house is also an en-suite with a large bedroom and a queen and full bathroom.
All houses and bedrooms have air condition!

Please note that even though we have 5 bedrooms, we have a 8 people maximum occupancy as the house is set up for 8 people in term of dinning area etc. Please respect that!

Casa Molino is just what you need to enjoy your stay in Sonoma Valley. Y
ou'll be minutes away from world renowned wineries, restaurants, hiking trails and more, while tucked on probably the most exquisite and beautiful roads in all of wine country with very little traffic and views of endless rolling hills of vineyards.

Guests at Casa Molino should enjoy a stroll down the road, with a glass of wine in hand, to admire the scenic Wine County Landscape or just sit by the pool and enjoy the views and quietness of it all!  

The hot tub is always heated to 103F and it's included. The pool is normally warm from end of May to end of October by it self, but can always be heated at cost. Either order it at booking or you contact us about week before arrival, when you know how the weather is going to be.

We want you to have a great time when you are visiting Casa Molino, but we do not allow any parties or loud music and there can never be more than 4 additional guests on the property during day time and evening and night only the staying guests.

Stunning Sonoma Stay!
We absolutely loved this property! Some windy roads to get in but nothing steep or scary :) the layout of the house is excellent - two guest houses (plus main) make it perfect for multiple couples/families. And don’t get me started on the VIEWS!! We would definitely stay here again :)

A magical weekend in Sonoma Valley!

Gorgeous views!
The house is amazing and the views are spectacular! Wish we had more time for a longer stay. The house is so unique with the separate buildings for 2 of the bedrooms. It had everything we needed and then some. The pool and hot tub were both very relaxing. The email with recommendations was awesome. Close proximity to wineries like the hosts said. Only problem was the Glen Ellen Inn bar was closed so we didn't get to try the otters the hosts recommend. We will have to try it next time. Planning a return trip with some family in the future.

Incredible stay - like something out of a movie
Nestled between Sonoma and Napa, this location was a perfect starting point for our group to explore the area. The views from the back porch were absolutely breathtaking. The kitchen and common space were perfect for cooking group meals and spending the evenings together. Having two bathrooms was a huge help, and the bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Thanks for the great visit!

Beautiful views from a lovely home
My family of 7 had a great, 3 night stay at Villa Molino. The accommodations were perfect for us, very cozy with great amenities to enjoy home cooked meals and swims in their pool. Diana and Per were very easy to communicate with, quickly answering any questions. The house is just a short drive to Glen Ellen, with some nice restaurants and sights, and not much further to Sonoma. Highly recommended!

Family Retreat
We loved our stay at Casa Molino! A beautiful wine country location. This property fit our 3 generation family escape perfectly - a place to hang out, cook, eat, play. There were 6 adults and 2 children. Two of the bedrooms are separate from the house. We were there on a rainy winter weekend so couldn't make use of the many outdoor areas. We brought most of our food supplies with us, but there is also a market close by in Glen Ellen and a bit further in Santa Rosa there is a Safeway. There are many nearby wineries to visit. We would recommend this property and hope to visit again.

Fantastic short vacation
The house sits on an amazing 5 acre lot that is fenced in. The pool was the best seller for our little fish (5 yrs. boy who is crazy about swimming). It was such a relaxing vacation and we totally made use of the house, we cooked in everyday (the kitchen was designed to be the center of the house and it ended up being that way) and just relaxed in the country.

Just perfect
Incredible location and setting for this beautiful, well-appointed and impeccably maintained home. This was the perfect place to host a week-long family reunion with a couple of young kids. The kitchen is well stocked and the common areas are perfectly designed to bring people together. The location is pretty unique - you feel like you're "away from it all" yet have access to shops & restaurants within a 15-20 minute drive and Sonoma wineries are just over the hill. The host is very responsive and accommodating to our requests & questions. Too bad the weather was too cold to use the pool - that would have been the icing on the cake.

Beautiful Property with the Best View
Loved our recent stay, the house is very comfortable and roomy with an updated kitchen and great bathrooms. The main suite is separated from the main house, fantastic for privacy. And the pool house with its own bathroom also a plus. But the view was the most loved of all, unbelievable. It is quite a distance from towns so plan accordantly for gas and goods if needed. The 3 rooms upstairs share a bathroom, the rooms have great size, but barely any closet room, and the furniture in those rooms need a bit of an upgrade, but we’re still very comfy and the views again, were amazing. The pool is fantastic and clean, we didn’t use it because of personal preference as it was on the cold end to do so, but you also have a jacuzzi if you’d like. I would totally rent this house again !!!!

Lovely home--would rent again
Our stay at Villa Del Molino was excellent. The rural setting is extremely peaceful, but close enough to Glen Ellen to easily enjoy a nice meal out, drop by the grocery store, etc. The house has been beautifully renovated and is very well appointed. Per was extremely helpful when making arrangements to rent the house and provided great recommendations for restaurants and wineries in the area. Our only glitch was that we had trouble with the wi-fi during our stay (and cell phone reception in the entire county was spotty.) Personally, I found this a good excuse to disconnect from my devices, but if it is necessary for you to do any work from this location, it might be a problem. Otherwise, an excellent choice for a relaxing stay in Sonoma County.

Great vineyard venue!!!
Villa Del Molino is a wonderful accommodation and the location is perfect for seeing everything in the area and wine tasting. 7 of us stayed there - a family gathering of older adults. It was lovely. It was beautiful to watch the sun come up over the vineyards. The house is clean and well maintained. We ended up eating most meals at the house because it had such a great view and was so easy. Per the host is very attentive and even came over to help us light the grill when the grill lighter would not work. The walk down Enterprise is lovely, with a friendly white horse who probably was unicorn in another life. The only challenge might be the spiral staircase up to the second floor. It took 2 of us to get a big size suitcase up the stairs :). Enjoy this lovely rental!

Perfect Home for Our Family Vacation!
We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Molino! We were four adults and three children and the house/pool house was perfect for our families. The pool is fabulous--well heated, plenty of swim toys for the kids, and immaculately maintained. Being food-lovers, we especially loved cooking in the kitchen and on the grill and spending time on the deck. You really feel like you are staying home away from home at Villa Molino. It is well appointed and has a lot of character. One couple and baby stayed in the beautiful pool house (such a treat to have such a lovely separate guest house). The other couple with two children stayed in the main house. Per was incredibly attentive and accessible during our stay and made us feel so welcome in his home. We will definitely miss waking up to the incredible views every morning. We will be back soon and will recommend Villa Molino to all of our friends! Thank you Per!!

Missed expectations
15 min drive out of Glen Ellen. Location is very natural - with a lot of animals and birds around. Nice vieuws on the mountains. Pool outside area very comfortable and nice. However, looking at the price, the house itself was somewhat disappointing (very small bedrooms and tiny bathrooms). Kitchen as described by the owner fully equiped. But we are not used to find owners food in the refrigerator and cosmetics in the bathrooms. "Rules" provided by the owner in front of our visit a little bit "overdone". In summary: too expensive for the quality delivered.

Great vacation experience
I'm sad to say that i just returned from a week at Villa Molino. Sad because I'm not there any longer. I spent a glorious week with my adult children and their significant others celebrating my 60th birthday. The house and property were just as pictured and described on the site. The house was roomy enough for 8 of us and was very comfortable. We ate breakfast "home" daily and split our other meals between restaurants and home cooked meals. The kitchen is spacious and very modern, equipped with everything needed to prepare great meals. The pool and the patio was a great place to spend the warm, sunny afternoons. The cool evenings made sleeping very comfortable. Everyone was happy with their accommodations. The owner, Per, was very responsive when we had questions and requested recommendations and advice. I highly recommend Villa Molino and look forward to returning again.

Excellent wine country house
We traveled with four adults, two children (aged 4 and 5), and my two older parents. This house was phenomenal. Plenty of room for all of us. My parents enjoyed having their own space. The kids loves the pool. So convenient to have an array of pool tools and a pump for the inflatables. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Best I've had in a rental house. We did have trouble with the oven. Despite the instructions we were only able to get the broil function to work. Note the guest house is not air conditioned. This was not clear to us in the listing and it was so hot it was not tolerable to sleep in. My parents ended up staying in the pool house instead as it had a floor air conditioning unit. But overall, excellent house. Good location that felt remote but was not too far from anything. Wish we would have booked it for longer!

Great girls' getaway location
Our group of eight girlfriends had a lovely time at Vila del Molino. The owner, Per, was very responsive to any questions that came up. The home was clearly built with loving care, and was even more stocked than we expected - even shampoo, conditioner, etc. And the Sonos system pumped through the speakers in the house and at the pool was a treat. The owners are clearly trying to make your stay as wonderful as possible. The only drawbacks to our stay were a) the home is a little snug for 8 people. While the bathrooms are very nice, they are quite small and it was difficult for all of us to organize our toiletries, get ready, etc. And 3 of the bedrooms are very close together, which wouldn't have worked if we had been 4 couples instead of 8 girlfriends! :) and b) this is a minor point, but one that seemed to bother several of my friends - the bedding did not have flat sheets (only a fitted sheet), which meant you were relying on the cleanliness of the duvet cover... and had no sheet option if you were warm. This is an easy fix - I'd recommend they add a flat sheet. But those are minor matters, compared to the overall beauty of the home, location and the lovely owners!

Great property and view
House worked out great. Really enjoyed the view. Kitchen was well appointed and gas stove is a bit quirky. Host was very responsive. Check out Jack London State Park that is a 13 minute drive. Be prepared for some windy twisty roads.
