"The property had everything we were looking for, peaceful tranquil environment with amazing views of the national park, and so close to all the best that the Otways has to offer. Hosts Max and Katie made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived and couldn’t ask for better hosts as nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend for those looking for all of the above and we will definitely stay again. Thanks Max and Katie for tha amazing stay😃👍"

"We had a fabulous stay at Johanna Beach Cottage Farm Stay. The cottage was so cosy with the fire and quaint with its timber lined decor, it had everything we needed for our short stay. Our host Helen showed us around the farm, we had fresh eggs collected from the chicken coop and we met the farm dogs, goats and pet sheep. We even spotted a koala up in a gum tree on the farm. That was a definite highlight. So much to do in the region too, we took a walk on Johanna beach not far away and visited...

"Mark and Roz’s gorgeous property was a perfect place to spend a few relaxing days. The cabin was built of lovely local woods, with huge windows framing the beautiful views of gardens and farmlands. Comfortable beds and bath, nicely furnished, light and cheerful. Lots of back roads to explore and several good meals at the Perch. Couldn’t have been nicer!"

"The cottage is clean and have a positive atmosphere. Surrounding nature makes the place very relaxing. We loved the fire place. Carport next to the cottage was so helpful. The direction of getting to the cottage was a bit confusing. One of the reasons we booked this cottage was having a spa but we couldn't use the Spa as it was so cold and by the time it got to the right temperature it was bed time. We were disappointed as we expected a ready to use spa like other places. "

"Equipment - TVs, disc players drastically need updating. For the rates charged the present arrangements are simply not good enough, especially as the site is so isolated. Instructions to operate the spa in the studio would be a good idea - we never did solve that one! It would be good if the spa jets in Bedroom 1 worked!!! A fridge needs to be located in the kitchen. I found it annoying to have to trek to the utility area whilst cooking. Management needs to advise guests of the isolation...

Wifi and data is very limited (wifi only near reception, data - on Optus - only in a few places, not inside cabin!).
