Recently updated to provide modern comforts while maintaining the 100-year-old charm, this sweet home is easy to find and serves as a gateway to many beautiful sites including Bryce Canyon, Zion Canyon, Lake Powell, the Grand Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Antelope, Peekaboo, and many more. After each adventure have a BBQ, read a book under the covered porch, roast marshmallows over the fire pit, or watch Netflix.

Pinkie's offers a large driveway on the property that can easily accomadate several vehicles. Access the house from the driveway by a wheelchair friendly ramp or stairs with handrails.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip the used sheets from the beds and put the sheets in the laundry room by the washer. Gather used towels and put them in the laundry room by the washer.
Wash and put away the dishes you have used. Empty the trash and garbage containers and put trash in the big bin on the driveway.
Put things back where you got them and make sure appliances are turned off. Collected your personal items. Close widows and doors and lock them. Text me and tell me when you have left our home.

Wonderful time in Bryce and Zion

We had a fantastic week hiking Bryce and Zion. What a treat it was to come back to this adorable house at night to rest up. Cozy, clean, spacious, and just the perfect driving distance between the parks. Hoping to get the chance to come back to Utah, and would definitely stay here again.

The host was so easy to work with and very helpful with logistics and things to do in Southern Utah. The house was a perfect location for Zion, Bryce and Kanab areas. It was well stocked with kitchen items and had plenty of room. Connie’s art work was a special touch! We would definitely stay here again.

Adorable house between National Parks

Cute, clean house with everything we needed between hikes. The beds are super comfortable and the owner is extremely nice! We loved the house and the location between Zion Natl Park and Bryce Canyon Natl Park. Highly recommend!!!

Great location for Zion & Bryce

We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Connie is a wonderful host and even had left us bagels and cream cheese for our first morning. This was such a lovely home to come back to after a long day exploring either Zion or Bryce. I highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting these two parks.

Family reunion

Connie was an excellent hostess. The house couldn’t have been any cuter. It looked exactly like the pictures and was very easy to find. We liked our stay very much and would absolutely stay there again if in the area. My only (very minor) complaint would be the noise from the road. I slept with the window open, so if it were closed I wouldn’t have heard anything

Home away from home

We stayed here four nights and loved it! We really liked the central location between Bryce and Zion. Connie has made this the most adorable little cottage. Her art work is amazing and all the other little touches made for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully furnished and we ate several meals in. Nice hot showers and fluffy towels! Great place provided by a great owner!!

Home Away From Home

This cottage was so perfect for our stay to visit the national parks. Is is located 30 minutes from Zion and 50 min from Bryce. The cottage was immaculate and so well equipped. We were lucky enough to meet Connie who is so sweet, friendly, accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend staying here is you are in the area.

This charming farmhouse is in the perfect location between Zion and. Rice national parks which is hard to find. Located in a tiny quiet town, it’s a comfortable house with luxury linens, a horse across the highway, and everything you would need in a base to explore this area of Utah.

Visiting Bryce and Zion

We had the best time. We visited both Bryce and Zion while staying at Pinkie's Place. Connie was a great host, answering all my questions in a timely manner. She even left us bagels and cream Cheese for our first morning! What a treat! Would stay here again.
