"There was trash throughout the area outside of the hotel.The room was nice but the hot water in the sink in the sitting area didn't ever heat up. The hot water in the bathroom sink took a while to heat up as well. There was a few pieces of hair in the towels in the room and the fresh towels we were given. The microwave plate didn't rotate. Guests need to be aware of staff changes when they arrive in case there's an issue with the room or bringing a pet"

"Booked this suite last minute because most other hotels in the area were sold out. Ended up really enjoying the room. It was very spacious, 2 bedrooms (1 king, 2 doubles) living room (with pull out couch) and dining area with stove top and full refrigerator. Very comfortable and clean. "We had a good overnight stay. We stayed in the main building. Cons: This is an older hotel. We had a jacuzzi bathtub but the jets were nasty looking so I opted for a shower instead.
