Bad experience and communication
We arrived at the house and didn’t have any check in instructions. Finally received the check in info and the place was dirty and had not been cleaned from the previous renters. The bed was still unmade, dishes dirty, & garbage still present in the unit. I asked for a full refund and they said they would.
