It feels like you’re going to someone’s home with vintage sewing machines, telephones, typewriters, etc. You’re just taken back in time. Rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is wonderful. Really helpful staff and a great location that is both very walkable and an easy bus ride to Wildeswil (which was much easier than walking to Interlaken Ost for the train). The room was clean, big, had a coffee machine. Breakfast was great and I definitely recommend you try the Hungarian restaurant two doors down (Hoppla Bistro). I would definitely stay here again."
