The only thing not so satisfactory is when i asked for late check up as a platinum expedia member, the 1st lady just rejected my request without even bothering to check but when i asked another staff the next day, i was given the request. I think there's inconsistent SOP."

In front of the hotel has a zebra crossing, cross and follow the road, turn left when you see an overpass, which is where the turn station is. Few blocks away is the local market, which has lot of street food. Overall it is a good stay, except the bed is soft and nor comfortable."

"While the room and facility were decent, it is an old building. It did have a little smell when you first enter your room. The remote control of the AC did not work. The room was clean but a little small. Although it is only 10-min walk from train station, it is not close to any night market or shopping centre.
