We had a great stay here. The view was amazing and we felt safe in the apartment. Easy access to the many restaurants and shops around Cavill Street and beyond, all in walking distance. Easy access to transport. Spacious rooms and lounge area with plenty of room for families

Appartment was nice inside, the hallway was dirty and smelling like smoke at night time , wasn’t good condition and my children couldn’t sleep at night, my son has asthma so when I asked to be moved they couldn’t accommodate us. Vacuum cleaner wasn’t working properly. The view was fantastic and other than what I said above the location was fantastic and we enjoyed our holiday. Next time you have to let families know if this is a smoking floor.

Most of the time is spent in the bus - definitely the night tour is not really worth it as you can see glowworms but not much else as it is of course so dark so don't plan on seeing any waterfalls or surrounding areas.
