"Great service, nicely designed hotel, lovely pools. Food was very good, especially breakfast, which was epic. Very friendly and helpful staff who couldn't do enough for you. "Everything was grubby, we had to scrub the plates, cups and utensils before they could be used. One of the bathroom bins had someone else’s rubbish in and we even found a past guests t shirt down the side of the bed.
