"The apartment is bright, open and airy with an amazing view of the lake - the wrap around balcony gives plenty of options being outdoors too. It’s very well appointed and dealing with the owner was easy and always timely - and our initial difficulty with check in (which was not with the owner) was very quickly attended to by the owner once contacted. "The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. My stay included breakfast, which was available between 7am - 10am. It meant that I didn't have to get up too early for it. The spa and pool were great, very clean and also had amenities such as snacks, water and hot drinks. They were both open for very long hours so i was able to use them after I returned to the hotel after my day outs. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it's in middle of Bad Aussee, just the spa and pool is worth going to!"

"We highly recommend this hotel! From check-in to check-out, all the staff were friendly and helpful. We’d like to especially thank Ms.Sherbet and Ms. Debora for their exceptional service. Of course, the male staff member was also very kind, though unfortunately we didn’t get his name. During our stay, the weather was quite hot and the room temperature rose a bit, but we requested a large fan and it was promptly provided. Thank you again for making our stay comfortable and pleasant! "
