The photos do not match the quality of the room I was given. Room was very worn in appearance and floor was filthy. Overall hotel is very tired and needs a refresh for the price that is being charged.

Galleria Vic Milano is an excellent, world class hotel! My husband and I had a magnificent stay and really loved our room (we stayed in one of the Terrace rooms). The staff is excellent, so kind, helpful and welcoming. We were celebrating our 32nd anniversary and they had a wonderful bottle of Prosecco waiting for us in the room when we arrived. Everything in the room is top notch (they even had the best Frette body sheets and towels in the bathroom and excellent bath products) and very clean. Everything in the minibar is complimentary which is a great perk that we rarely see. There’s an AMAZING upscale pizzeria on the 5th floor of the hotel called I Dodici Gatti Pizzeria that we loved and visited twice during our stay. Shoutout to Francesco in the restaurant for making us feel so welcome and like old friends! We truly enjoyed our stay and recommend the Vik Milano most highly!!

Absolutely incredible memories staying in the hotel. The staff is friendly , helping us with the health issue by calling the doctor and checking on us. We greatly appreciated this effort. I would highly recommend that hotel for everyone who wants to be in a walking distance from the main attractions and experience a lovely atmosphere of an interior design and friendly stuff members.

Super high value for money
"Used the hotel for a quick night. Late check-in and early check out. Room was large!!! and clean. Bathroom was almost brand new. Hotel staff were very friendly and breakfast was super! Great coffee!!! Absolutely high value for money!"

"Hôtel... d’un autre temps mais qui saura charmer ceux qui aiment le ‘vintage’. Malheureusement très bruyant surtout le samedi soir si votre chambre donne sur le bar couvert extérieur ! Et ce jusqu’à 3h du matin. Par contre l’emplacement est parfaitement au centre du village et très proche de la piscine ..."
