"The property is in a great location amongst some very nice residential property’s. Easy access to the beach, takes less than 5 mins. Staff were so welcoming and treated us so well throughout our stay. A great place to stay in Bournemouth with easy access to the best bits"
"I had a slight problem with the room but the staff were extremely helpful and the problem was swiftly fixed. Apart from that though, it was a lovely stay and look forward to coming back. "
"The competency and friendliness of the staff is exceptional from initial welcome, to cleaners, we had a lovely stay at the Antelope in fact this was our second visit, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again or reccomend. it's ideally placed or shops, quayside Nd transport links. Loads of top notch restaurants and pubs too makes it a great weekend away. "
"Perfect location, just a short walk from the beach and town centre. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, making the stay enjoyable. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with great amenities like an indoor pool. The breakfast was good, the overall experience is excellen.

"We have stayed at the hotel a few times and it has the lovely feel of a family run hotel although I assume it’s not. Staff are lovely and really helpful. "
"Nice hotel with an adjoining sushi bar. Sadly, we were not allowed to eat in the restaurant, as there were only two groups. The chef bought our breakfast to our room. It was delicious, but I’d have preferred it at a table. The staff were all friendly and the place was lovely. "
"Enjoyable stay, lovely to have the pool and spa. Breakfast was good too. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very flat. The bathroom was huge but the limescale in the sink was a bit off putting. Staff all very friendly. "
"This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we were very delighted with the stay in the most part. The room was huge and felt like a mini flat with a sitting area and coffee area in addition to the bedroom and bathroom. 2 TVs and mini fridge were a nice add on, and the toiletries were a nice touch.
Bed was comfy and blackout blinds made sleeping very easy.
Unfortunately, the shower left a little to be desired as the shower head was initially cracked open at the seam and the nozzles...
"Amazing stay for an onsite event. Hotel kindly upgraded mine and my friend rooms to doubles from singles. 2 excellent rooms on the 3rd floor. Which were clean, spacious and very comfortable. Will definitely return soon. "
"Looks really good from outside - beautifully maintained garden frontage leading down towards cliff top road. Inside: All recently renovated / redecorated, clean and smart. Some rooms are cheaply fitted out, but 'Premier' rooms much better. Customer service - variable: restaurant staff were defensive, bordering on being rude, when misinformation in the menu was brought to their attention. Late into our first night a very loud and over amplified musician was entertaining in one of the reception...
"This hotel is in a great location, with fantastic views and everything in walking distance. We had a sea view room, with the added bonus of a balcony. The room could have be cleaned better we found broken glass pieces on the bathroom floor and a crisp packet in the bedroom area... The lounge area is a lovely place to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal. The food we had from the bar menu was good, although limited choice. On the whole, a good weekend. "

"The hotel is very well situated. Surprisingly really quiet. The room was comfortable. The shower was great. The lift is old fashioned and pretty funky. A great experience. All staff members are very pleasant. "
"Check-in was very easy, and the staff member was really friendly and helpful. Great view from the room! Only niggle was the rather temperamental air-conditioning, but that's a minor issue. We'd definitely stay here again."
