"No staff present at when we arrived or left. Hotel room was nice and clean but the heat was off when we arrived so it took a bit of time to warm it up. Parking was available nearby but not associated with the hotel the payment machines we all not accepting credit cards (broken somehow), only had 50 EUR bills which also weren’t accepted so it took a but of time to find a place that would provide change."

"Exceeded expectations by a lot. Clean, comfortable, large bathroom. Easy check in even when the reception is not manned. A bit of a hassle with parking, but worth it. Ask the hotel in advance for the parking instructions and any extras. They are very helpful. The city parking machine was only taking cash."

"I will definitely rebook my reservation for the Hilton Heidelberg when I return to Heidelberg, Germany. I stayed for my 2024 family Christmas vacation and enjoyed my stay here because of the staff, location and closeness to public transportation. The staff is pleasant, helpful, friendly, and always there to accommodate your needs. The breakfast was to die for with all of the options and the service of the staff was great. Be sure to include it in your reservation or pay daily. Charge per room, not per person. You won't regret it. Of course, all of the staff speaks multiple languages. The location is ideal to get to the DB "Deutsche Bahn" train station, Germany's regional and country to country long distance rail service. It is also close to the RNV public transportation system for trams and buses. It has a stop directly in front of the hotel. Many things you will want to see are within walking distance to the hotel. A shuttle is available to and from the Frankfurt Airport. Again, I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Heidelberg, Germany. I was truly impressed with my stay.
