"The Italia Aldstadthaus is run as an annexe to the Italia Renaissace located about 75 meters away. It has no staff or facilities on site except the rooms (you have your own key to the street door) and breakfast is served at the Renaissance. There is no lift and the rooms are spread over 4 floors. The room was large and clean but was not cosy as there are another two bedrooms attached making 5 beds in total - more like an apartment really. The location is excellent. "The apartment is wonderful. The location is just minutes from the Obermarkt in a restored building with old being beautifully blended with modern conveniences.
