"The building seemed a bit run down on first impression. It was also somewhat difficult to find as the address was number 30 but the house had different numbers at the front. However once we figured it out, the parking was great and the apartment was very nice. We found several places to eat within an easy walk. The host was very responsive. Our only suggestion is the couch in the living room is not very comfortable and sags when you sit down. "

"This is a beautiful property! The home comes with everything you need for both short and long term stays. It’s a very unique property and Jim has done an amazing job renovating his place. The stairs were a little difficult for my 91 year old mom but other than that we really loved our stay!"

Sandman Signature Dartmouth Hotel & Suites

"Comfortable, convenient and cost efficient. This was my 3rd stay at this location. Usually it has been very clean and well maintained. The room I stayed in this last visit was not properly cleaned - the huge mirror on the wall was smeared all over with some kind of dirt from the last guest and the closet has garbage all over the floor inside. I spoke to front desk but they advised housekeeping was gone for the day so nothing they could do. It made me feel uncomfortable not certain what else had not been cleaned properly. Perhaps they need a housekeeping supervisor that inspects the rooms before the next guest arrives. Room air fresheners are needed as well. The room has a funky less than fresh smell maybe from the last guests that didn't get aired out properly. Other than that, over all a good stay. Thankfully this was not my first visit or else I wouldn't return. "
