Hotel em si , muito bom! Novo ! Quarto muito bom, porém o atendimento deixou a desejar. Atendentes mal informados. Na entrada, a atendente não sabia informar, onde ficava o apartamento, pois são vários corredores e escadas . Não tem elevador. Tbm não possui limpeza dos quartos aos finais de semana e tbm em feriados . Café da manhã regular. Nota 6,0

Decepção, o hotel já a foi muito melhor.
Infelizmente, uma experiência ruim em consideraçãoao preço cobrado e ao que um dia esse hotel ja representou em Goianésia. O banheiro do quarto vaza agua no box e a pia estava entupida. O hotel nao suporta sua própria lotação, o serviço ficou muito a desejar. A experiência com café da manhã foi horrível. Funcionários mal treinados e zero reposição dos alimentos. O horário do café seria ate as 10h, mas as 9h30 ja nao tinha mais café. Recomendo fortemente melhorar o serviço, pois Goianésia merece hoteis bons.
