Quartos sem janela , sem ar . Corredores com pouca iluminação e sem circulação de ar, parecia corredor de hospital , Iluminacao do quarto na área do lavabo péssima não era possível se maquiar. Solicitei troca de quarto foi prontamente atendida, porém o quadro era igual . Sempre escolho o Íbis esse foi o pior de todos que eu já fiquei. Café da manhã excelente e atendimento dos funcionários muito bom. Porém a estrutura do hotel, sem condições .

Perdi a confiança na rede Ibis Styles
Na página de reserva, a descrição dos quartos é intencionalmente pouco informativa e confusa, pois a maior parte dos quartos tem as janelas voltadas ou para um grande pátio coberto de um centro comercial mais seu estacionamento coberto ou para um corredor escuro dentro do próprio hotel. Fiquem atentos durante a reserva, pois esses quartos estão descritos da seguinte forma: com varanda, vista. Mas não há qualquer "vista" para áreas abertas, como rua ou a vizinhança. Por isso, a circulação de ar natural é comprometida, o tempo todo o ruído do centro comercial/estacionamento coberto, inclusive durante a madrugada, com alarmes de carros e máquina de limpeza do piso. O Ibis Styles tinha uma proposta de espaços com decorações temáticas e bem confortáveis. Não é esse o caso. Pontos positivos: cama e travesseiro confortáveis, roupa de cama limpa e boa, chuveiro bom. Pontos negativos adicionais: espaços comuns mal conservados, piso do quarto muito sujo.

Bestillingen ble gjort på opplysninger som var på hotels.com, vi ville ha et hotell som ikke var for langt fra Flamboyant shopping, i annonsen sto det at det var 6 minutters kjøring, vi brukte overkant av 20 minutter (kl.23 med lite trafikk) I bestillingen sto det at rommet hadde terrasse og utsikt, noe som rommet ikke hadde. Utsikten var innendørs mot et «shoppingsenter». Rommet var veldig lytt, sov veldig dårlig i løpet av natten da det var mye prating i korridoren, var så lytt at alt som ble sagt ble hørt(som om de var inne). Rommet var nokså slitt og føltes skittent, ikke så veldig koselig, her er et godt eksempel på hvor godt bilder kan lyge. Når vi våknet ville vi berre komme oss bort fra dette hotellet, spiste frokost og reiste. Frokosten var grei. Alt i alt var dette et dårlig opphold som vi ikke hadde bestilt om vi hadde visst om forholdene. Sitter med følelsen av å bli lurt. Kommer ikke tilbake!

O hotel é padrão Ibis. Quarto de bom tamanho. Televisão grande e com variedade de canais. Banheiro pequeno. Estacionamento pago à parte porém com bom preço e coberto. Localização central. Café variado. Pecou na demora para o check in.

ESTADIA MUITO BOA.
Muito bom o hotel. O atendimento na recepção excelente, funcionários educados , prestativos; chegamos ao hotel e tinha um serviço de pintura na fachada do prédio bem frente à janela do nosso apartamento, o que deixou o ambiente com um cheiro forte de tinta fresca. Fomos à recepção solicitar a troca de apartamento e fomos atendidos rapidamente . No check out a atendente Lívia permitiu a nossa saída às 14h00, ajudou muito. O café da manhã tem boa variedade de produtos, o estacionamento apesar de pago, é o do shopping e bem amplo e seguro. A localização do hotel é muito boa , próximo à região da 44, dá p/ ir á pé fazer compras. Apartamento bom tamanho, banheiro um pouco apertado, serviço de camareiras muito bom, boa limpeza geral do hotel. No geral muito bom.

Minha estadia foi realmente muito boa. O local fica em uma localização estratégica e consegui resolver meus compromissos e fiz um tour pela cidade conhecendo com minha família. A única sugestão seria melhorar a vista do quarto, já que não fui contemplada com vista alguma.

Infelizmente não foi legal a experiência. Primeiro, a água a venda era 9 Reais, e segundo me cobraram o estacionamento, o hotel fala que oferece estacionamento, mas não informa que ele é pago. Muito ruim isso.
