We booked a cabin, it was nice but there were no water in the shower. The guy in the reception was super helpful but was not able to fix it. We could shower in the shared areas instead, and they were very nice. Due to this and one other issue we were promised a small refund, but haven't received one yet. Maybe he forgot. He was really kind thou.
