"Beds and room clean Children playing and screaming outside our window until late at night The quadruple room is four beds in one room The bathroom is dated and needs renovation The breakfast is very good No person waiting for us at check in and we had to call him. We also had to call him and wait for him at checkout Overpriced for what we got No physical receipt was available and they wrote one out by hand Very nice people "

"Waiting to be picked up from the parking site (there is no other way) took at one time 10 minutes, another time it took 30 minutes. The room was supposed to have a working jacuzzi with hot a water. The hot water didn't work. Management didn't know what to do about it, told us it was out of their control and did not give us any sort of discount or voucher for a future visit. This was not our first visit to Hamat Gadar so we had expectation. We were very disappointed. "

"Amazing meals and spa-don't miss it !"

"We stayed one night with our 3 kids. the room was renovated and nice, could use a rug, since the floor was cold. There were beds for 5 and a sofa that opens for one more if needed. Plenty of bed linens as well. Cons- no dishes in the kitchenette, and the microwave had nowhere to plug it it. we had to move it and it was heavy. Great area with lots to do. nice country club style indoor pool ( Beit Eyal) with an extra nominal fee ( 30 Shekels per person)"
