Overall condition is ok except the sofa is really dirty and will be highly recommended to change it to a newer or cleaner one. Shower also needs a bit of clean. Something strange with the plumbing Otherwise pretty happy with the stay.

This property and the equipment in the appartments is now dated and needs an update. Our air conditioning unit would not work and our bathroom sink would not drain. Electrical switch on wall had a sign saying not in use.

We loved this apartment! 3 massive bedrooms, two with mounted televisions and two ensuite bathrooms and a main bathroom, a gorgeous kitchen, lounge and dining area, great laundry with modern washing machine and dryer as well as a massive courtyard/ outdoor area. The complex had a gorgeous pool and spa area with lots of Sun lounges as well as a small gym. Just a bit far out from Surfers but having a car made that not a problem. Highly recommend.

Check in: Very very bad process, I sent email with my photo and bond paid as check in is only 2PM-4:30PM. It took multiple international calls to get the key. Use WHATSUP and send instructions as soon as BOND is paid. Size: The property is in good place, great size apartment. Internet: Dismal it was not able to load Netflix. Kitchen: most amnesties are older - Not big issue. This place can be a lot better, fix internet, get whatsup for check in, buy some new knives and utensils, change drapes in living room they have wholes.

This hotel is 3 star at best. We paid for a king bed but only received a queen. I specifically chose this hotel because of the king bed having a husband who is 6’5. Furniture was ripped, air conditioning in my son’s room didn’t work, living room air conditioning was extremely noisy. Bathroom was mouldy, shower door did not close and water soaked the floor. Sorry is no resolution but a partial refund would considering we didn’t get what we paid for. Will never stay again.

Over all it was a beautiful place to stay and I really wish I'd booked a few extra nights here as it was so enjoyable! Very spacious and open, with modern appliances. There was a couple of very small issues that I noticed, but nothing that really imapacted the quality of the stay. (Screws where things has previously been hung up, small chip in toilet lid, etc). The only real negative thing was that we couldn't find a manual to help us operate the oven. I would definitely stay here again though!

Our room was very nice, 2 bedroom with 2 ensuites... kitchen...laundry ..great balcony and view looking down to the swimming pool that glowed at night.. Have your own parking close to the lift. Reception guy very friendly. Only downfall was showers could need a deep clean and curtains also as the bottom was very dirty. Overall great stay 😃

A very large unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 showers and 3 toilets plus a well equiped kitchen. Bedroom was large and comfortable. The only downside is that cleanliness needs improvement. The floor was sticky, carpet dirty and stove and microwave smelt of old food.

Nice apartment which is clearly mid way through a renovation. We had troubles with both the dishwasher not working until the 3rd day of our stay a requiring an extension cord for the rest of our visit anddryer which clearly needs replacing. Some basic amenities missing- soaps not in all bathrooms, lamps clearly just for presentation only as there were no bulbs etc. Nice pool/bbq area, staff not particularly helpful

Terrible stay. There was no block out cutain on the large window in the living room, just a sheer see through cloth like thing. The 2 bedrooms had block out curtsins and were fine but not the living room. This caused us great problems as it meant that at night ppl could see in, see the children and everything we were doing. Also light from ppl with touches walking past shone in. It also meant light flowed in super early in the morning and woke the kids up early, distupting their sleep. We reported it immediately but nothing was done, nkt even an offer for a room change. I got zero feedback on my report until i had yo follow up and the response was, we gave notified the owners, no applogy nothing. There was huge chunks of dust in all the exhaust fans especially the laundry. The outdoor area outside the glass sliding doors (apartment was level 1) wasnt clean or maintained, massive amounts of leaves. A shame as i have previously stayed at this hotel on a different level and it was good.

Overall it was fine. Attention to detail on the little things could be better. Chipped crockery, lamps missing light bulbs, only shampoo supplied (no conditioner?), broken light switches and PowerPoints, balcony garden needs attention.
