An older building in a nice part of the coast. The apartment was showing its age and all the fittings showed evidence of many summers use. The furniture was old and dusty. There was evidence that some renovations had taken place with a new AC, newish fridge, new sink in the bathroom and new doors to the laundry recess. But the couch was very old and dirty and the tables and side tables had lived a long and useful life. Overall though the location is great, there is off street parking and restaurants close by.
