After a day of surfing the point at Burleigh, walking through the beautiful sub tropical Burleigh Heads National Park, or swimming and lazing at the pristine Tallebudgera Creek, enjoying a meal at one of the many nearby cafes, restaurants or surf clubs, you can return back to the sanctuary of your backyard. Snooze on the daybed, relax and read in the double hanging chair, or sit up at the bar for a cold one and spot one of the local King Parrots that drop by regularly for a visit.
Inside you can comfortably sleep 6 with all bedrooms comfortably furnished and with ceiling fans. Bedroom one offers a queen bed with plenty of closet and drawer space, and a fresh new ensuite. Bedroom 2 and 3 has a king single bed in each, again with storage and bedroom 4 also offers a double sofa bed. The house has an open plan kitchen dining and lounge area that will accommodate everyone.
The main bathroom is tiled with a roomy shower, deep bath, and again, plenty of cupboard and drawer space for you to utilise.
The kitchen is spacious enough and includes modern appliances, granite bench tops and plenty of cupboard and pantry space. Crockery, glassware, utensils and cookware all available.
As well as the huge bright and airy backyard entertaining area, the outside boasts fully fenced, grassy front and backyards surrounded by native trees, custom beach shower with hot and cold water, and a long driveway with enough off street parking for a couple of cars and a boat (the boat ramp access is approximately 300m away).
