This hotel is in a great location with everything you’d wish for. Unfortunately our room was substandard. Aircon was very average, internet on TV barely connected, the couch had springs making lumps and a light didn’t work in the bathroom, The second bedroom was basically a study with frosted doors-no windows or natural light, and no aircon vent. The view was nice, the two outdoor pools offered choice as to where to sit, and the grounds provided green space. I have stayed here before in a beautiful room but was disappointed in this one.

Fantastic views and walking distance to shops.Although we didn't use the pools they appeared clean and one is indoors. We were at Longbeach Apartments not Cavill.

Communications terrible very stressful from the rudeness of customer services the Room Superior, 2bedroom with ocean view or River I paid for never I never got till after 2nights cause I continued pursuing it wasn’t the room I paid for cause it had no Ocean view nor river but the room they gave me had stale smoke smell and was a not the Superior 2 bedroom with ocean or river view I paid for through hotel.com, but on the 3rd day I went straight to the receptionist next morning and they still insist that’s the superior room until I told them I don’t have any Ocean or River like the picture of the room I should get and plus I requested a Queen Bed and 2nd room a double bed, next they said I got what I paid for and that’s the problems I get for booking with third party referring to you auhotel.com 5hrs since I arrived before finally I found their locations to collect the key and than the room was not even the room I booked… But thank goodness the days went by fast and then they told me the picture of the room I booked is just a picture don’t know where auhotel.com got those pictures from , I used to work in Travels and the photos of resorts, hotels rooms pictures are downloaded by the property or company owners, not the travel agents we don’t have the right to download any pictures of rooms or the properties, we travel agents just book for clients who selected the rooms from hotels and resorts from the websites..I’ll let my families and friends never to stay this property

False advertising of 2 bathrooms : not enough towels for us all. Bathroom has No fan and floods after each shower. Paid extra for a euro bed and no extra bedding was left out or even the bed. Room was not cleaned great, curtains falling off the wall, couch was broken. They need major maintenance and cleaning of there apartments before wanting to charge so much. Location is good.

We were deceived. I booked a 2 bedroom apartment ocean view, to find that the apartment was a 1 bedroom with second bed located beside the kitchen and it was only the river view, not the ocean view. The room was also uncleaned with stains shown on the bed mattress and couch. The kitchen fridge was also not working as it was constantly leaking on the floor. It was a constant trip hazard despite their maintenance guy looking at it a couple of times. As nice as the Circle on Cavill is - I would not book through 3rd party on expedia.

The view of the ocean was beautiful the games room was awesome What was disappointing was ALL pools should be solar heated to be able to use all year round. The indoor pool was cold aswell not heated enough. The spa was ok but should be an in door one aswell to be able to use when weather is not in summer. The lights in bathroom room no 2535 level 35 needs fixing and the lock on sliding door in living area needs fixing. Would be good to have someone come clean room only had the 1 time someone come in 10 days to change the sheets that’s it. Other than that was good. Perfect location Woolworths right at your doorstep along with all other shops. Chemist at your doorstep restaurants bars Cavill Avenue best location esp if you’ve got children like mine ages 11 and 9
