With a huge living space that opens up to a balcony, it boasts of a remarkable and breathtaking 180 degree coastal, hinterland and Surfers Paradise skyline view at any time of the day.
Guests can enjoy the majestic views in the morning while sipping coffee or while enjoying some wine in the evenings.
It has also been decorated and decked with only quality furnishings and interiors to maximize customer comfort and enjoyment.
Guests can use the modern kitchen to whip up their own delicious and perfect meals. We also provide a one time essential kit of coffee, tea, soap, shampoo and toilet paper. If guests need to buy more, there are nearby shops and stores that are a few minutes walks by foot.
The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. We have made sure that only fluffy and comfortable towels, linens, sheets and pillows are provided so guests can have a relaxing sleep after a whole day of activities.
To ensure that the guest’s car is safe and secure, we have procured a dedicated one free parking space in the undercover parking garage.
Guests would also have access to a whole range of resort facilities including a BBQ area, entertainment space, indoor and outdoor heated pools (depending on the season), sauna and spa, and a full-size tennis court.
With its central location, guests will have no problem looking for that perfect restaurant or amazing shops, bars and entertainment options as they are all within walking distance from the building - and of course that includes the world-famous beaches of Surfers Paradise.
The Cypress Avenue Glink Station is a few minutes walks by foot there is an abundance of Ubers and Taxi which makes this a perfect base for guests as they go around the city or maybe even explore the nearby cities of Southport and Broadbeach.
Guest access
To provide maximum comfort and satisfaction, guests will have complete and private access to the whole house during their stay.
Guests would have access to quality building amenities like a BBQ area, entertainment space, indoor and outdoor heated pools (depending on the season), sauna and spa, and a full-size tennis court.
Other things to note
- This is a meet-and-greet check-in. Our staff will require all listed guests to present their ID upon check-in.
- Guest must inform us 24 hours before arriving to avoid significant delay during check-in.
- No room service and only one-time check-out cleaning is provided.
- We only provide one bath towel per person during the entire stay. Extra towels can be pre-ordered at an extra fee.
- No beach towels provided - can rent at reception
- We provide a one-time essentials kit (shampoo, soap, toilet paper) and tea/coffee upon your arrival.
- Early/Late Check-in and Late Check-out available at an extra fee and subject to availability. Please see the list of fees indicated below.
- Luggage storage is not available
- Guest must use their own Netflix, Youtube and Stan accounts.
- Rubbish Disposal: Please use the rubbish chute or designated bins.
PARKING OPTIONS:
We provide one parking spot on the underground parking space. There is also an option for a free street parking from 7 PM-9 AM. Alternatively, Surfer’s Paradise Carpark located off Cypress Avenue has paid parking for $6/12hrs.
