The property is in a relatively quiet location comparing to the surfer’s paradise area! It’s off the main beach which is just as nice any other beaches! We can see beautiful sunrise in our beds! It’s got everything you need for a lovely relaxing holiday. Highly recommended!

The apartment wee had needed refurbishment. Cushions on the couch are dirty, 2 out 3 air conditions are extremely old, one of them is with smell. Some of the furnitures has sticky surfaces, exhaust fan in both bathrooms are not working. Master bedroom door lock doesn't work. Share bathroom door lock doesn't work. And entrance door broke in the last couple of days. Undercover parking basement has leaks from internal pipe. I guess luxury is just the location.

There was poor prior communication about checking into the hotel. The hostess was very unfriendly and it appeared that it was a chore checking us in. Poor Aircondition system did not reach all bedrooms. Further more the pool is small and due to this and all the people using it the water was dull and very cloudy.

Beachfront with balcony

The Norfolk is in a great location, one street from the beach front, not too much noise and with plenty of cafes to choose from on nearby Tedder Street. We were in a three bedroom two bathroom apartment, with a large balcony overlooking the beach. The apartments were older style, however were clean and spacious. Garage parking was included and easy to access. Diana on reception was helpful and friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
