The location is perfect - right across from the beach and walking distance to food/shopping/etc. Worth the upgrade to get ocean view - little balcony was great! Staff was super nice as well. Property was clean, modern, very nice!

Great view and proximity to the beach. Unenthusiastic reception staff, underdressed in t-shirts. Beds were not made for the whole of our three-day stay, nor were floors cleaned (as evidenced especially by toenail clippings found behind bedroom door left by previous occupant).

Ideal location next to tramstop to the heart of Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach within minutes. Property was nice and well equipped with everything we needed (we had a studio). The view from the room was gorgeous!! Reception were very helpful and accommodated our out of hours check in. Only difficulty was parking in the car park as we checked in late but we used street parking and then moved the car to the car park when others had checked out the next morning. We didn't make use of the common facilities but they looked brilliant, especially the view from the rooftop terrace! Would definitely stay again!

Property was good and location was excellent but the staff and their hospitality skills were not upto mark. We paid for housekeeping but the service and cleanliness provided was worst we had ever faced at multiple places we stayed. Even reporting the issues on reception further deteriorated the services. The property could certainly do much better in terms of services.

Beautiful condo. Check in and out was easy. Towels and other toiletries were restocked every day. Having an insuite washer and dryer was convenient. Minutes away from main beach was handy. Overall a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to stay in surfers paradise!!

Property Manager Paul started early morning watering his plants surrounding resort property; I noticed these plants are in excellent condition. I think this strongly reflects on his personality & his abilities to manage this property very well and with a high degree of care.

10 out of 10 and I cannot fault anything. The apartment was very comfortable and clean located on the 40th floor with awesome views. Great facilities and just a short stroll into the heart of Surfers. We would definitely stay here again.

I liked the large spa / pool area, the large loung in our room and the proximity to the Beach and cafe's. The bedroom however, was very cramped and the kitchen was poorly equiped. There was a dishwasher, but there were only 4 sets of dishes and cutlery!

Stayed for 6 days, with no housekeeping which was fine, but only provided 4 sachets of non decaffeinated coffee for 2 of us, no pool towels unless you hired them, which I've never come across before in 40 years of travel with hotels which have had pools
