"Hello to all. We rented this house for 5 days only (I wish we could stay longer). It's a beautiful house, with all what you need for perfect vacation. Nice interior with great location. You can see sunrise in early morning right from the doc and in about 10 min walking distance there is amazing wight sent beach, where you can just walk, collect some gorges see shals, swim and watch unforgettable sunsat. Thank you for unforgettable time on Marco Island. "

"I will start with the pros. 1. Excellent, walkable location to Tigertail beach. 2. Beach chairs, cooler and beach towels provided plus some floaties for the pool. 3. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware and spices etc. 4. Fishing dock with chairs and grill on patio. Cons 1.Rental agency, though very quick to respond to any questions, deferred any issues with rental stating they would "let the owner know". This was fairly frustrating when we were left to repair any issues...

"We had a wonderful 2-week stay in this very-comfortable home. One week we worked from 'home' and ended each evening at one of the nearby beaches, watching the sunset. We used the fully-equipped kitchen to cook when we chose to eat in, or else enjoyed dinner at a variety of restaurants close by. Friends joined us the second week and we were on full vacation. The host and property manager were quick to respond and super flexible, working with us to extend our stay. We would definitely book this or another property with them again! "

"Simple old school Naples home. All the basics and very clean. The Moorings is where you want to be. It’s a duplex but built so well we never heard anything. Wonderful mattresses, great floor plan. The only thing we missed was a more private place to sit outside. Thanks to owner and agent for a perfectly lovely stay. "

"Our stay was very nice. However, I would mention in the post about no actual door in one of the master bedroom. In addition, the same room has not good air conditioning. Other than that everything is convenience, a lot of beach stuff, enough kitchen utensils. Enough space for 5 adults and 4 kids! "

The location was outstanding and the house had everything we needed. Before we even arrived, Beau was incredibly proactive in communicating a potential issue with the pool heater and even preemptively issued a refund for heater fee for any inconvenience. "Owners were very helpful and responsive to questions. Even though there was construction on the road, the location was close enough to the beach for walking and driving. Many restaurants and shopping nearby as well. Our grandchildren, ages 3 and 11 months, enjoyed the pool and beach. The home was perfect for our adult children and the little ones. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. "
