"The motel rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly. Since there is a kitchenette, it would have been nice if there was coffee provided and some basic condiments, salt, pepper, sugar etc. Would definitely stay there again."

"Jason was extremely helpful and accommodating. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed! I was honestly shocked by how large and updated the bathroom was. This place is also the best when it comes to proximity to excellent fishing and crabbing spots. We will certainly be back!! Fourchon did not disappoint. We caught 7 dozen crabs in 2 hours!"

"Our stay at Sun and Sands Cabins was awesome! Our cabin was very clean, neat and comfortable. Bonnie is the best! We were even allowed to check in early! We will definitely use Sun and Sand Cabins again. Me and Neil have decided to take a once in a month trip to Grand Isle and we will be using Sun and Sand Cabins every time. Thank you again, Bonnie.!"

"Property manager's were very kind and helpful. House was in the middle of everything and close to fishing pier. They had a fabulous time and would stay there again. Only thing was the outside outlets did not work."

"This place was very well set up with all the amenities we could ask for. Very clean and very tidy, nice area to stay at. A lot of thought went into this set up, we fished and crabbed for 4 days and came back to comfortable lodging. Every thing worked like it should and I will recommend this house to friends. "Our overall stay was wonderful. The description, amenities and location was wonderful. The host was wonderful to communicate with. The camp was top notch. I would recommend for anyone to stay. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One suggestion we would be to put a concrete pad under the camp for boiling so it is easy to clean and doesn’t smell. Also, maybe try to consider adding a small window unit to the apartment bathroom."

"Wonderful experience for kids and adults. Dolphins swam by every day and had close encounters woth them in the ocean. Jelly fish, hermit crab hunting, fresh sea food near by. Only down side was the mosquitoes were pretty bad"

" It’s a quiet little island. The location is great, right across from the water. A great get a way to the beach but not much more to do. The beach is under construction so some areas are closed. A good place to bring your golf carts if you have one. The house was clean and had everything you would need. Be aware that the owners do have cameras up around the outside and they often checked in on them. "

"We had a family fishing trip to Fourchon and stayed here. Easy drive to the fishing charter and beautiful scenery to sit outside and relax afterwards. Location and camp well-kept. Sofa bed could be more comfortable, but we made it work. Overall, would stay again. Also, be sure to support your local fishermen and buy from the shrimpers down the road. Beautiful shrimp!"
