"This is on a beautiful Spice Farm. The property is gorgeous. The rooms have everything you need or want. It was very clean. The restaurant was very clean and the food was excellent!. More than anything, it was the atmosphere. The people there from the workers to the owners were the kindest people I have ever met. "The staff at this hotel are the real stars, particularly Emelita Teul and Linsburg Chun, who go over and above anything required of them to be as helpful and hospitable as possible. The staff generally are very friendly, kind, considerate, and gentle (like most Belizeans, I might add). The hotel itself has clearly seen its glory days, and is now almost decrepit, I won't list and detail every little thing that did not work, was broken, or absent. The homemade meals were delicious and really appreciated the focus of keeping it Belize style. This will be a return to for us in a few years. The manager is great and shared his vast knowledge.
