Every single staff memeber from the manager, front desk , to all the cleaning staff and maintenance are the most amazing people! Being personable in the hospitality industry is key. Cleanliness is top priority for me and it met my standards. My mini fridge was not cooling and the manager had maintenance their immediately. Shelanda and Katelynn from front desk really deserve recognition for being extremly kind and helpful. Not only did they make it easy to extend my stay, but they were kind enough to also help with something outside there scope of work and provided guidance on home search in the nearby areas as I am in the middle of a home search. It showed so much humanity in a challenging time. Thank you to all the staff.

The property was raggedy. The curtains were broke to the point people could see in my room and the curtains we’re disgusting, the chair was broke, we had no mirror in our room and overall cleanliness was poor

My trip would’ve been perfect. If I would’ve just been an accommodated like a regular hotel stay there was not one time that my room was attended to nor was a cleaned or was I checked on but there was one worker that when I did come to them with complaints. They did try to help me as fast as they can And also the staff was pretty friendly. I’m very big on cleanliness and I was not sleeping on clean sheets, nor was the floor cleaned trash taken out things of that nature so there was a lot of buildup and I stayed in the room from Friday to Tuesday morning. It’s just not worth the money that I spent for the holiday fees and etc. if I wasn’t going to have any type of cleanliness or service. They had signs up saying that they were being renovated at the time so I’m going to not say too much about the property itself because it doesn’t look that bad. The elevator is just a little slow and there was a couple of things that just need to be replaced but other than that and they didn’t see any bugs it was very clean in the building itself. They just didn’t come to my room.

There was roaches in the room and I couldn’t sleep was scared they would crawl on me. The dryer didn’t work so I had to take my wet clothes to the laundromat at 7pm because of it. They said it does it all the time well I think they need new ones then. The front desk lady tried to help.
