The staff were very helpful in assisting us with adding on an extra person to our hotel room booking, especially as this was last minute - a day before the stay. We really appreciated this. Both pools and the spa were also amazing experiences. Everything in the hotel matched up to the 5 star standards. Highly recommend. "

"This hotel is very nice. The room was an ok size. The staff was very helpful. There is a mall attched and it had everything you could want. You can walk around and it felt safe. The hotel is within walking distance of the bus station despite what the taxi will tell you. I would stay here again."
