"Stayed a Pera One for 2 nights, perfect spot as its only 5 minutes by bike to the sunset side and just under 10 minutes to the party side! Staff were wonderful and spoke great english, very helpful and bicycles included! Staff also helped us to organsie snorkelling and suggested places to go out :) "

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic, situated near Senggigi’s food area and conveniently close to the Gilis. The serene atmosphere added to the charm, and the beachfront access was a highlight, even though it wasn’t a private beach. The beach itself was spotless, with beautiful blue water, and the long, well-maintained pool by the beach was perfect for relaxation. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and quick to recognize guests, which made the experience even more welcoming. Breakfast was a standout feature, offering a buffet-style setup with excellent local dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. Although we initially experienced some inconvenience due to renovations near our room, the issue was handled wonderfully. After reporting it, the hotel manager personally addressed the situation, explained it kindly, and offered us an upgrade to a quieter and much, much better room, which we absolutely loved. This thoughtful gesture significantly improved our experience. Overall, the combination of excellent service, fantastic amenities, and great location made our stay truly memorable. "A lovely old fashioned hotel. No lift which did cause a challenge but we managed in the end. Tiwi in reception was fantastic, answered all my questions and helped organize a car to see some of Lombok. Alvira was great with her friendly attitude at breakfast. Thank you ladies. The area around the hotel is very dirty and this is the only negative as it spoils the Hotel ."
