"We booked this rental because we had a few family friends coming to town for a guys fishing trip. The setup of the house is great. Plenty of beds and plenty of space. That’s really the only positive. The cleanliness of the house could use some major improvement. I spent 2-3 hours cleaning the night before our guests arrived. "This was one of the absolute most clean and convenient properties that I have stayed in while visiting my daughter in college in Louisiana. My family and I come from St. Louis Metropolitan area, and I could not have been happier. This place is virtually brand new and I took pride and making sure that everything was just like it was when I got there because the owner made sure that things were in place as guest. The owner is very friendly and accessible and returns quickly. "

"Had an extended stay at this place and overall, it was a great experience. I had class at LSU daily so the commute was perfect and under minutes. Cute, spacious home, good size kitchen, great bathrooms, and a great fenced-in yard. We had a pest issue but the owner sent pest control out immediately the next day and it helped a lot. Recommend this spot! The owners were very responsive too."

"We stayed at the home during our son’s Marucci World Series baseball tournament and we agreed it was a great spot! Home felt cozy, beds were comfy and the toddler proof gates was a plus. "The house was so clean and cozy and had everything we could want: comfortable beds, lots of pillows and blankets, soft & fluffy bath towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and lots of room to spread out. We felt safe with the security system and keypad locks and appreciated having the garage to park our car overnight. The host was very good at communicating with us and providing all the info we would need for our stay. We hope to stay again when we are back in town. "
