The Blue Bunyip – 3 Bunyip St – Beach, River, Golf

In an ideal location between all the main attractions of Goolwa: the beach, river, Surf Life Saving Club, South Lakes Golf Course; with local cafes and the wharf precinct all minutes away. The Blue Bunyip is a four bedroom, two bathroom home with two living areas and several options for outdoor living and dining. This home will accommodate a family with teenagers or two separate families wanting to enjoy a getaway.

The Space:
Downstairs: Lounge area with TV, game console and plenty of seating. Bedrooms three and four both have a queen bed and a single bed, ceiling fan and space for hanging clothes. The bathroom is a generous size and has been very tastefully renovated to a high standard and features toilet, shower, vanity and a washing machine. There is a small fridge downstairs with a kettle and coffee/tea provisions. Portable heater also provided downstairs.

Upstairs: The external stairs lead up to a large timber deck with a bbq and outdoor setting. Upstairs is open plan with kitchen, living and dining area (with extendable table). The kitchen includes a full size fridge, microwave, electric stove, air fryer and coffee machine with coffee pods provided. Bedroom one has a king bed and cupboard for hanging clothes. Bedroom two includes a double bed and bedside cupboard. The upper level has a bathroom with toilet, shower and vanity. Reverse cycle heating and cooling keeps the upstairs area comfortable all year round.

Outside: The back yard is huge and includes an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The front area under the balcony provides another outside living area to relax. This large block is fenced and provides plenty of parking space.


**Please Note:**The staircase is external only, there is no internal staircase.

A great place for cool days
Great location with plenty of rooms and well stocked supplies. Unfortunately during hot days (e.g. a 40 degree day in our stay), without air conditioning, the upstairs rooms heat up to a level that no one can stay inside.
