"The house was AMAZING! Had a wonderful time We had a pretty big group and the house was comfortable enough for all of us including kids and a dog. Did not feel crowded at all. Hosts were wonderful, very accommodating with late check out and asking if we need anything. The views from the house are spectacular, you dont need to go out at all honestly, you would have a good time just enjoying the house amenities and the views, def worth the drive from NY"

"Wonderful and cozy! Great location to ski in and ski out. We are all new to skiing (from Florida!)and after a day on the bunny slopes we were able to navigate ridge run so we could ski in and out. The condo is well stocked and super comfortable. Love the fireplace and heated floors. Over 3ft of snow in 24 hours and the roads were constantly plowed. Thanks for hosting us on this magical trip!"

"Housekeeping was unthorough- found stray earrings, a dirty sock, broken pretzels on the floor. Some lightbulbs didn’t work. No sheets on the pull out bed in the living room. Advertises as a “sleeps 8” but there is not enough furniture to sufficiently organize even 5 people’s belongings let alone 8. The condo is cozy, but needs to be updated. Plaster ceiling in the bathroom is crumbling in parts, the electricity doesn’t work in all of the sockets. "

"This house was just as described and our group of 12(6 adults, 6 kids) had a great trip. Everything was clean and has fantastic views. We stayed during ski season and it's a 10 min drive to Sunday River. I'm sure it would be great in the summer time too! We'll try to book this again next year!"

"Property was clean, pool was nice and warm. Bunkbeds are a bit shaky which sucks for the person on the bottom bunk, could be more stout. We did not use the pull out in the living room but the couch was comfortable to lounge on. Dont plan on having sharp knives…hint to owner. One bathroom was a bit rough with 4 people staying but we made do. Only other complaint is that the hot water heater must be very small, take 2 minute showers or you will run out of hot water quickly. Other than those things, the location is great and easy access to lifts…when they decide to run them…make sure to check each day otherwise you may have a hike. Overall, worth the stay, we would come back."

"We loved our location near pool & main lift area! Basement storage area for skis etc was convenient too. Easy to park second car in overflow lot. Neighbors were quiet & building well maintained. We went to swim Wednesday night (our last night) & pool was covered & unusable. A sign on door told us to call a number before 8:30 and someone would be glad to take cover off. We called a few times, waited 15-20 minutes, and gave up. Our children were bummed to say the least. Only other negative was a persistent plumbing odor near building entrances & a non-working dishwasher. Cable signal also died on our last night so TV wasn’t usable. Next year we’d like to come back but aren’t sure based on pool availability. That was meant to be a treat for kids which was why we splurged on this condo complex. Other than that, beautiful resort & well appointed condo. We enjoyed the view of the trail and found the fireplace and rooms warm and cozy!"
