"This property is located about 4 miles down a country lane, with a lake near the mouth of the driveway. If you’re looking to escape society for a bit, this is the place. It rained during most of our trip, but the enclosed porch gave us plenty of space to read, play darts, and still enjoy nature. If you bring along your dog, they have beds and bowls for your use.This place had a cozy cabin feel …recommend!"

"This is a beautiful property with amazing views and privacy. The house is very well equipped and the host is very responsive. We saw lots of deer, turkey, grouse, and lots of other birds. The view of storms rolling through we great and even had full view of a double rainbow in the valley. I also hiked over to Eagle Rock and enjoyed the spectacular view from there. "My sister and I had a weekend getaway at this quaint cottage, and it was so lovely! The grounds are beautiful, and the house was clean, inviting, and had everything we needed. I had a couple of questions for the owner as well and she responded very quickly and was so helpful. This was a very comfortable stay and I will be back!"

"The property is nestled between the Greenridge State Forest and the Sleepy Creek Wildlife Management area. We visited the Cacapon State Park, hiked the trails of the Paw Paw tunnel of the C & O Canal and visited restaurants and other points of interest in the Berkley Springs and Cacapon area. "What an absolutely lovely house and location. Everything was perfect! The house has everything you need and more. We enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the peaceful surroundings. Star gazing around the fire pit, a few board games around the dinning room table, fly fishing and kayaking. Would definitely stay here again. And our host was so kind and easy to communicate with.
