From the window of our room and the stunning terraces, we had spectacular views of the hot air balloon show every morning truly magical! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They helped us book all of our local excursions and even found us the best private tour guide. When my hot air balloon ride was canceled due to weather, they quickly arranged another flight for the next day and refunded the difference without hesitation. That level of care and service is rare! I'm so happy I chose Zara Cave Hotel to begin a new year of my life. I will definitely return one day with friends and family to share this unforgettable place. Goreme and Cappadocia stole my heart and Zara Cave Hotel made it all even more special. Highly recommended! "
