This was a first stay in Lido. A water taxi ride away from Venice. The room was such a nice pleasant surprise and experience. Staff was friendly and walking the area was a pleasure. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Venice to stay here. Can’t say enough good things about this property.

Loved all of the aesthetics of this hotel. Staff was hospitable and courteous. The location is excellent as well given it is within the same general area of the tourist attractions. However, I would recommend that maps be provided to every guest upon completing their registration. It can easily be added to the welcome packet present in each room. I was a little disturbed to know that the hotel only provides tours to Murano and Burano islands. Therefore, if you have other tours you are interested in it would be best for you to book them in advance of your trip. All of in all we enjoyed our stay here and will book again in the future.

staff was EXREMELY WONDERFUL, we adored Febrizio at the front desk, EXTREMELY HELPFUL with tips and advice. However, i am ony giving it 3 stars because i paid for 2 superior rooms which cost $60 more and we received 2 classic rooms. we did not get the rooms we paid for
