"The bed sheets were not clean. Covered in both human and dog hair. Room was freezing. Looks to be an old converted shed sitting in a concrete pad. It was 5 degrees outside and we had a constant draft through the doors, windows, and cold air emitting straight from the floor. The home is old, which is no issue. "Do not prepay if u have to check out early they will not refund you I booked 3 nights had to check out 1 night early went to do my check out at 9:15 am. Check out went fine till I ask for my refund. No refund. "Upon check in the staff was very friendly! Our room was on the ground level! It was 96 degrees outside and our room was a cool 70! Room was very clean, bathroom was cleaner than some 5 star hotels! I was a little worried as all of the rooms are outside entrance but no problems whatsoever!!

"I have a good report, the reasons that follow are why only 4 stars. We had a great time, but our reservation was for a king size bed, we got in our room and it was two queen size, not exactly a way to celebrate a wedding anniversary. We also had a bit of a run around with our dogs. We were told yes, then was reading that we couldn't. We could, hence the need for a king bed. Although our visit was great this wasn't noticed till I checked out that the reservation was correct for the size bed. I thought I made a mistake, but I didn't. The only other issue I had, was that there wasn't some form of anti-skid mat or strips in the bath tub. My husband, while taking a shower slipped in the tub and hit his head. He is fine, but I believe shouldn't have happened."

"Excellent location. Just minutes from Mammoth National Park. We were able to go back and forth to take breaks easily. Super clean and has everything you need to make meals. Laundry on site was very helpful to clean our clothes after hiking, cave tours and kayaking. You have privacy yet you are located close to everything (fast food/Walmart, etc. 15 minutes away). "
