"We were completely locked in the train station and unable to get out early in the morning for our flight. A complete fire hazard. We used a spoon to jimmy open a construction door to get out into the parking lot. The rest of the doors were barred closed."

There were a few things that would have improved the stay such as coat hooks in the entrance hall, a dishwashing cloth to wipe surfaces, another sofa for everyone to relax. Theyd had others turn up that they weren't expecting. I called EXPEDIA. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AT ALL! STRANDED AT AIRPORT. I HAD TO ARRANGE NEW ACCOMMODATION AT A CONSIDERABLY HIGHER PRICE. Never again will I use or recommend EXPEDIA! "

An old man help us to called the given tel no. and sent us to the lady in the restaurant who helped us to check in and transfer to different cabin because there is a van that is charging in the given cabin. Sie bot eine Schlafluftmatratze an.Unsere Flüge waren gebucht, so hatten wir keine Wahl und vertrauten auf eine anständige Lösung von Seiten der Vermieterin! Bei Ankunft fanden wir im Wohnzimmer eine minderwertige Luftmatratze vor, die zudem den Wohn- / Essbereich vollkommen blockierte. Es gab auch keinen Schrank...

"We hadden een een fijn vakantiehuis in een adembenemende omgeving. Het was vooraf niet geheel duidelijk dat de slaapvertrekken niet in hetzelfde gebouw lagen. In de dichte omgeving is er niet heel veel te doen. Op 30 à 60 min rijden zijn er wel veel activiteiten en bezienswaardigheden."

From there there are 2 stops to the metro station which is a circle and can take you to most sites in the center of Copenhagen. The place was clean and has everything we needed. Supermarket is within 5-7 minites walking. We were given good photo directions, which we followed when we arrived very late at night in the darkness. Even though we were able to find the place easily. "
