We stayed in a family room, and it was decent but we were asked to pay an extra fee to get a room with a bathtub.

Had to wait 30 minutes to check in due to a very senior lady getting signed up for their bonus program holding everyone up. Having some backup ready in the reception might have been a good idea... Had a silverfish in my bathroom on the 6th floor. Bartender on the bottom floor was awol, the other took a phone call and ignored us, when the first guy returned he went sour due to us paying separatly. Sounds from the street went right through as you might have expected from the location. Thats just about all it got going for itself, it's location. Soundprooing and service courses needed.

Vi hade en rullstol och en barnvagn i sällskapet. Det är trångt att komma fram i frukostmatsalen och på Ruby bar. Hissarna är trånga och för få. Personalen i frukostmatsalen är trevliga på alla sätt och lyckades trolla fram en bricka trots att det inte fanns någon.

Andra gången vi bodde på Rubinen och denna gången uppgraderade vi lite med större rum. Allt var super fint med undantag på att ventilationsfönstret inte blivit rengjort på månader säkert och all den smutsen blåser rätt in i rummet + det var insekter, såsom silverfisk/kryp där. (Bild) Pumphandtvålen i badrummet funkade inte heller. Men förutom det så var det 5/5 och vi kommer säkert bo på Rubinen igen. Det är så sjukt centralt (kan bli högljutt på nätterna i helgerna) och rätt vid sidan av de platserna vi gillar att besöka när vi är i Göteborg. Vi ses! ^^

Ett utmärkt hotell med underbar personal Men !!! Fick ett rum ut mot gatan där en rockklubb ligger - ett dj a liv hela natten !!! Hotellet var fullt o kunde således ej byta rum

Dålig service vid incheckning och inlämning av bagage. Väldigt varmt på rummet. Tråkigt bemötande från personal då detta påpekades. Känslan var att man som kund var till besvär i båda dessa tillfällen.
