"The rooms are a bit run down with bathroom facilities and lighting that are still in the 70s. The hotel says has a wellness center with pool, but this is an overstatement. The pool is maybe 10 mt long, the sauna is ok, the changing room is something between a storage room and a doctor's.

"This was the best hotel we’ve stayed at in a long time. Very quaint and charming. Very clean and spacious.
Breakfast was top notch and the dinners at the restaurant could have been done by a Micheline star chef. Clearly a lot of sweat and tears go into this amazing place.
This is definitely on our list for a return trip. "

"There aren't a ton of options in Archen, but I was there unexpectedly with a motorcycle breakdown. This hotel was clean and worked perfectly for me.
There are dining options within walking distance and I enjoyed their covered outdoor space in the front during a thunderstorm last night!"
